The Section Council of Chiefs is the voting body of the section. It is comprised of the lodge chiefs from the two lodges in G19, as well as the section officers and the immediate past section chief. The Council of Chiefs, or COC, meets normally 4 times per year. The Meeting starts 5pm on Friday Hawaii Time and 12pm on Saturday Japan/Korea Time.
