The Section Council of Chiefs is the voting body of the section. It is comprised of the lodge chiefs from the two lodges in G19, as well as the section officers and the immediate past section chief. The Council of Chiefs, or COC, meets normally 4 times per year. The Meeting starts 6pm on Friday Hawaii Time and 1pm on Saturday Japan/Korea Time.

Conclave is an annual gathering organized by a Section, bringing together multiple lodges within a defined geographic area for a weekend of fellowship, training, and fun. These events are planned and led by elected section youth officers and offer a chance for Arrowmen to connect with others, learn new skills, and participate in various activities and competitions.

The Section G19 Conclave for 2026 will be held at Camp Pupukea on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. We look forward to welcoming you there.
